waynesworld Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 I've been dating someone new for a few weeks, and while we seem to be a good match in a lot of ways, I'm not feeling any fireworks. We haven't slept together, but have kissed and made out. I do find her attractive and she looked better the last time I saw her, but I'm not ridiculously attracted to her physically, like I am with every other girl I've been with. I'm curious if anyone out there has experience dating someone they aren't super attracted to physically? Is that something that changed over time? How did things turn out?
PDPullmn612 Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Personally, if I don't feel fireworks at first I let it play istelf out. There have been multiple times where I haven't been very physically attracted to someone, but once I got to know them and their personality that changed. A great personality can make someone more physically attractive...at least for me. I've started out with girls who I've thought were cute, and that cute changed into beautiful, sexy, etc.
sm1tten Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Sometimes the personality can turn a 6 into a 8 or above, for me. And the more I know you, and the more I'm around you, the more I become attracted... for me, yep, fireworks are nice but its when they mellow into something deeper that I feel that strong, tugging at your heart strings, kind of attraction.
