jchips Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Short version: I broke up with BF of 2.5 years (living together for 1 yr) because of some very serious deceptions on his part. He has been gone for 2 months but is moving out his stuff a little at a time because of housing & storage issues. In the meantime, all has been very civilized & amicable. Until last week... Out of the blue he started accusing me of really bizarre things that had no basis in reality and was acting very hostile and aggressive. He actually seemed a little delusional, as in- out of his mind! This was particularly shocking and upsetting because the day before he was moving stuff & it was actually very pleasant & warm between us. I was even thinking that at some point down the road, we might be able to be friends. Obviously, I've asked him to get everything out in one day, as soon as possible. And then NC because he's kinda scaring me. With three full months of being broken up and very civilized interactions, why the rage and insanity now? What's up with that????
Philosoraptor Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 It's part of the grieving process. I don't think he should have shown the anger but I think everyone feels it to some degree.
