red19mn Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Hey all, I've been recently seeing this girl. She is 19 years old and I am also 19 years old. We have a lot of fun together and she seems to want a serious relationship with me, but, I don't think I can take her seriously... she has slept with over 40 different guys; she's only 19!!! She's a beautiful girl, but honestly, that doesn't make her look beautiful to me at all. People keep telling me I should just sleep with her, but I am afraid to catch an STD; I really don't want to be another guy who she's ****ed. I'll feel like I'm adding on to her collection of guys she's slept with. I say collection because she tends to view every lay as a trophy. I would like a serious relationship, but I don't think that I can take this girl seriously... she was already willing to put out for me after we hung out the other day, but I turned her down. It just seems too easy. She's also slept with a ton of my friends, so that's another reason why I would not be able to date her. Should I just move on, or try to make it work? Aside from the regular qualities that I think almost every person has, i.e. caring, compassionate, nice, etc, I don't really see anything special about her. Advice, please?

You don't like that quality about her and I do not blame you, and the fact that she acts proud of it speaks a lot about her character. You say that she has no qualities that you find overly appealing, so I think it's pretty obvious you should forget about her.

Yeah... it just sucks when people turn out to be what you hadn't expected them to be. I used to have a HUGE crush on this girl too, but after I found everything out about her; the fact that she slept with some of my close guy friends, it shattered my heart. Sucks liking someone who ends up being a total loser.

Move on and find someone you can take seriously if you want a relationship. Doesn't sound like that's what this gal is after.

I don't know, I met her family and they seem nice... her dad is always doing nice things for her, but she still hates his guts. It just doesn't make any sense...
