I can grow hair properly above my lip (moustache), and on my chin.

On my cheeks though it's very patchy, not much hair grows there at all.

Is this unusual for a guy over 25?

I'm sure my testosterone levels aren't too low as I have a high sex drive.

I'm almost 30 an and I can't grow a beard or sideburns. Heck I can't even get stubble, just weird looking little hairs.

It's just genetics.

I'm 30 Ross and my beard pattern's pretty much the same as yours. Growing a goatee's a cinch but anything more looks patchy.

I guess it's quite common then and nothing to worry about. :)

My fiance can't even grow a mustache. He has some Cherokee Indian heritage and he tells me that due to genetics, Native Americans don't grow facial hair very well. I'm sure that men of other ethnic backgrounds might have the same difficulty.

Fine with me...I'm totally NOT a fan of facial hair!

Doh!! Predictability has set in!

Is "beard" in this case a euphemism for pubic hair? Don't worry. It will come.

If it is, "I've never had a problem" part deux.

No way!

And are you done masturbating to that story yet? Checking my watch, it's been days.

Almost. It's taking a bit longer than normal.

Dude.... are you serious? 1. Be happy you're not able to grow a fullsized beard, it's ugly and look icky. 2. How insecure are you? 3. It is very common

That sounds like something I'd say :lmao:

Damn it. That would have been a way better comeback.

What has insecurity got to do with anything?

I was just wondering that's all. I wasn't sure if it was normal or unsual to not be able to grow a full beard at my age. That's why I made a topic to ask.

I agree though, I'm not keen on beards and wouldn't grow one even if I could anyway.

Its normal hon;) dont worry about it!

As it has been said, probably it's genetics.

Just looking at the guys on my highschool (16-18 average) there are guys who have relatively thick beards, others that have just thin hair on and the average beards for this age.

On the bright side, shaving is a PITA! Every two days you see small bits of beard that would be better shaved and have to spend a few minutes cutting it (I'm lazy for this). At the beginning it's cool, but afterwards...

Afterall, most guys smooth their skin. I've seen many guys with legs that look like baby butts!

I would change some of my leg hair for some chest hair. I'm rather hairy from abdomen to feet. Infact, it's a bit embarassing to me because the others don't have hair; But I wouldn't remove it!

MY facial hair grows different on both sides, it's not symmetrical. It is very annoying.

I could see you with a chin strap, something I usually abhor on men.

But your hair color is so nice, and it's light colored, it could look quite nice on you.
