You go weeks/months with no interest from the opposite sex, then suddenly multiple girls/guys are flirting, calling, texting, etc. Then you don't know which one to focus on. It would be nice to have one at the time, but I guess that's why it's called "playing the field." Problem is I'm not a player.

So long as you don't mislead anyone, you can enjoy yourself without feeling bad. You deserve it - all this self-care you've been doing is creating a positive aura around you and the girls are loving it!
