Ok so i just got this job doin my welding thing & its mandatory overtime.bout 60 hours or more a week. I stand up all day well with my back arched & all sorts of positions as well as having to pick up different amonts of weight.

This isnt really exercise in my book so im kinda yammering on.The point is my feet just kill me at work so I was wondering if there was some other type of cardio i could do to loose my beer gut besides walking or joggin?

ive tried situps but never combined them with cardio.

Every now & then I pick up some 5 or 10 point weights while im at home listenin to music & shadow box at a fairly rapid rate which seems to be good but now i must find something i may be able to do while not on my feet.

That might be tough.

What you might want to consider are insoles of some type that would make your feet more comfortable while you have to be on them.

Try some of the stores that sell work clothes, or even a sporting goods store. Perhaps someone there could recommend something.

Another idea would be to consult a doctor that specializes in sports medicine. I'm sure there are a lot of athletes with similar problems.

Good luck.

This may not help your feet so much but might help your back; make sure you are holding yourself straight, and in particular that you are using your abdominal muscles to support yourself.

well i did get the insoles & they are s***.I could double or even triple them up & still be very uncomfortable looking likea school girl needing to pee very badly.

Maybe i need some arch supports but i really need to find a way to loose my gut.

after all , all the women i know seem to go for the guy that looks fit & looks good.

For some reason the care not for inteligence or personality or intelectualism. But then again as a male i cant say im not gonna past first judgement on looks.

But those are topics for a different forum here.Should I try TrimSpa?
