naya1 Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 well ...for the first time in my life (and im in my late 20s) i realize it hurts that a guy you like likes you only for sex (or potential fwb partnership). we havent even had sex yet, and i really liked him. just goes to show how ****ed up my tastes are, and how big of a mess i am in choosing men. but the good thing about this is learning from it and becoming more vigilant and watchful about people and their intentions. part of it hurts cause like, you see him pursue other girls and such, who are like..i dont know. i dont wanna judge them. i wont. anyways what i learn from this is.. trust your gut feeling dont give up everything if youre not sure its worth it at least i didnt sleep w/ him yet. i was only 90% stupid then. the other 10% was smart.

You didn't sleep with him before you knew what he was looking for. Most women aren't that smart these days... You didn't elaborate on the situation, but I'm just venturing a guess that the 10% stupid would then be that you got too wrapped up in him?
