Man I cant believe I am back here again, however I am still in a relationship with a girl I love very much but I am just kinda having a hard time right now.

I have been dating my GF now for over 2 years. I love her, I really do think she is the one I want to marry....but man it is so hard right now..

About a year into our relationship my gf started to have some health issues. Her thyroid kinda went outa wack (shes had thyroid issues since she was like 8). Her energy level dropped off, sex drive dropped off, and just our relationship kinda settled in.

She's embarassed to be seen naked by me...I am far from slim and trim myself, but she keeps saying how shes gained 30lbs and hates how she looks, ect...My god I am still attracted to her, still love her, but she is just interested in nothing sexually...

Shes an emotional wreck over all of these health issues. We have been to 3 doctors, had a sleep study done, have had blood and urine tests, and still they havent come up for a viable solution to what is wrong with her or why she has such a low energy level...She feels the reason Dr's dont want to change or experiment with treatment is because she is able to function each day and go to work, but when she gets home...thats it, crash and burn....

Its very frustrating, and it puts a lot of strain on our relationship at times...I am trying to be supportive and be a stable figure for her, but I am starting to just waiver and wonder if this is ever going to get any better....I need some support and was just trying to get some advice...

She might want to get a psychiatric evaluation for depression. It's possible she has a thyroid condition and also clinically depressed. The depression might be able to be treated separately while she gets her thyroid stabilized.

This sounds horrible stressful for both of you. I wish her the best in her recovery.

" Smoking Effects: One million Indians die every year from tobacco-related diseases. Cigarette smoking is the primary cause of lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), coronary artery disease and a major risk factor for coronary heart disease. It is also the primary cause of chronic bronchitis and emphysema."

"Passive smoking: It is also called environmental smoke exposure. It is the phenomenon where non-smokers involuntarily inhale the smoke of nearby smokers. Wives, children and friends of smokers are a highly risk -prone group.

Passive smoking is associated with an overall 23 per cent increase in risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) among men and women who had never smoked. A lot of harm is caused due to the inhaling of the sidestream smoke."
