Going To School as an adult with speech problems, Also how to pay and Timemanagement?

yeah.

 

my therapist said it would be good to go to school to get a more vocational type of career study instead of what i got the first time around in university which is not very vocational(thus i have no job and i've just been going to temp jobs and right now there's no temp jobs at all)

 

My question is,

how ? As an adult i would have to work to have money to live so i would still be searching for a job and most jobs are 9 to 5pm . So then if i take night classes, that's too complicated. I don't do good at nights, and i can't study.

And then i'm a slow learner so i would have to NOT SLEEP????

 

 

OR

if i can't find a 9 to 5pm job even if i try, cause tha'ts what happening nowadays iwth many people. Then I have unemployment money right now. But receiving unemployment means you have to be looking for a job.

Then if i'm studying in the morning, and suddenly find a job.. then what?

 

ALSO

I'm slow and have cognitive problems and speech, soooo I don't even know what career would be good. I've proven because i worked at a Laboratory company (they fired me) that it's soooo fake that laboratory work you can work alone and you don't have to talk much.

 

All the lab scientists in my company and lab techs,, They all talked, had to be good speakers, had to have customer service skills and had to be chatty and gossip in order to be liked. That's why they didn't like me and they fired me.

 

Soooo.

Laboratory and Medical jobs are not for me.

 

I was suggested to take some computer PRACTICAL(not computer science cause that's alot of theory and math and i can't comprehend that)stuff that would help me find a job.

Anyways,

I don't quite get it, how to go to school, when going to school requires comitment and alot of time studying, and yet yo'ure an adult that needs to live and pay for your house and do a job too.

 

I know theere's always been ( and i've even met them, there were some in my job) people that Work full time and also study but they're different. I'm slow and i don't quite get it how i can do this.

PS. When i say i have a speech problem i don't mean just stutter or something with my mouth. I'm actually slow mentally and have problems.
