Kiddo77 Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 Even though he was the one who ended it...and now appears to have a new GF...and he treated me terribly...yet when I bumped into him, he says he still loves me...is this a power thing for him or what? How would his new GF feel about him telling me he still loves me?
loverboy1984 Posted July 10, 2011 Posted July 10, 2011 My ex gf of 6yrs suddenly broke up with me and has a new bf but she still says she loves me. I think our definition maybe different than theirs. They say they love us because they do and have no reason to hate us but they love us in a different way. Its hard to explain but its really frustrating. Bottom line is they dont love you the way they did and their "I love you" is just as good as if it wasnt said.

The usual cliche line OP, I can't tell you why he said that, but the signs are not good. I repeat, the signs are NOT good. He treated you badly, he broke it up with you, he has someone else, yet he tells you now that he still loves you? Don't fall for it.
