I just watched What Happens In Vegas. Just another Hollywood movie that rubs it in the face of reality.

 

In every chick flick the guy messes up. Big time. He then makes some kind of apology/didn't know what he had speech at the end, they kiss and happy credits roll.

 

In real life, if you made a very small mistake, sometimes that's the end of the relationship. When you tell them you didn't appreciate what you had, they say "too late" and brush you off.

 

That's why life ain't the movies. And we gotta take reality for what it is. (And maybe stop watching chick flicks that mess with our minds, lol)

Also often happened, that if you pour your feelings like that, she will just laugh at you.

 

Also, their concept of kiss by the door, after pretty much no prior touching involved is absolutely ludicrious.

 

I also cringe at corny lines that actressess spit from a meter away, because that's writer's idea of being aroused.
