You could try masturbating before you see her, but given your age, it's likely you would still have another erection when you hugged your gf. Try to relax about this. It does not mean you are perverted! It just means you are a normal, healthy, young man. If she asks you about it, you can tell her that you get aroused from hugging her and that this is an entirely normal response. You can also reassure her that this does not mean you haven't been or won't be abstinent.
