ariesh Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 (edited) Hi all, I know this has happened to some of you guys I met this girl online and we went for 3 dates which I enjoyed very much. I think after the first one she was sure I was not going to call as I had to go quite early and she might had misinterpreted that. Well, I did call her and on a second we went on a small outdoor trip at which we both had a good time. I gave her a kiss at the end and she turned away slightly so I "only" got her cheek. After that she was texting and we talked a few times on the phone.Shortly after that we went on the third date. Her body language and what she did and behave (physical contacts...) gave me an impression that she has interest in me. So I gave her a kiss again but she kind of didn't cooperate. I took her home in my car and at the end I told her that I am not sure if I should give her a kiss for good night, it was meant like a joke. She told me that she is not very fast at these things but I got the impression that what she was trying to tell me is that this is not going to work. I got that from body language and tone of voice. I haven't heard from her since... I think I failed at a test of some kind showing her that I liked her very much and she lost interest. I believe that as long as there was some distance and maybe mystery it was OK for her but after I showed I like her all that was gone. I should probably go slower, maybe playing a bit harder to get. I guess at some point I lost control. Ok, sh*t happens... I am dating other girls but I just don't really have the energy with them. We are both around 30 years old and I it very rare I meet a girl that I get along with so good. We haven't herd from each other for 2 weeks now, I do not want to push it further and make her loose respect for me. But hey... I can't get her out of my mind.
