And since I have found out she is a lying, manipulative, promiscuous person I have been strict NC and just giving her the cold shoulder at work. So this morning this girl who lied to me, manipulated me, and fooled around behind my back sends me a text saying "Whats the deal, why are you pissed at me?" Can you believe the nerve. I'm pretty sure this a "feeler" text so she can guage what I all know and then probably lie to me to make herself look good. I did not respond. But I have a 1000 things I wanna tell her as to why I am pissed. And I don't wanna yell at her I just want her to know that you can't treat people like that and not expect them to be mad. She saw me at work and came up to me with a work related question. I answered her question politely (didn't even look her in the face) and walked away. She was NOT happy. Do you guys think it's a "feeler" text or not? Would you respond? Thanks!

The longer you go without giving in and talking to her.. the better. Ive been there.. done that. Its hard when you want to give someone a piece of your mind (i had a horribly abusive ex) but in the end it only benifits them if you answer. Things you say will not make an impact.. make them feel bad.. or make them change their ways. You are doing the right thing. First off your best guy friend who was your sisters ex that you SWORE nothing ever had happened between you 2 was a TOTAL LIE! You had been on and off with him for a couple years and were stringing him along while dating me if not still fooling around with him! Then the night of our fight that led to our breakup where you completely ignored me while being all chatty and fine with the rest of the group you were HOPING I would react the way I did and get mad and confront you about it. You had been wanting out for the last week but needed an excuse that made you become the victim. Then you drop that bull**** line about how moving into your own place for the first time after your divorce was scary and you needed time away from me to get yourself right. I helped you move in and you were ****ing flirting right in front of my face with another guy friend of yours that was also helping. I was in total denial at the time but it was CLEAR AS DAY! Oh and then you try to tell me I am an alcoholic and that is the reason we are not toghether when you KNOW that is a lie!!!! You had me believing it for a time and I felt like a worthless piece of **** who thought I had a problem! And then out of the blue after I told you I would wait for you to get your life in order to have a relationship you start dating some other guy from work! And the next week I find out about all the other guys from work you have been fooling around with during the time I was waiting for you! ***** YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!" That's about how it would go.

And once you realize this, those texts actually become somewhat comical as you watch them lose their minds in these texts.

We just hung up the phone 2 hours ago to him telling me he can't do it anymore we are done forever. HE REALLY JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WOULD STILL TAKE HIM BACK... and I fell for it. I feel ya. I have a 5 year old son myself. Him and my ex became rather close and after she left I feel more for my son than I care about her running off. Especially because he's so young that he can't really comprehend the madness.
