steyr26 Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Here's my idea: I want to surprise my girlfriend by going to Disney World in Florida. After dinner at the Coral Reef, I want to go to the Magic Kingdom and watch the Wishes! Fireworks display. Once it's close to the end and when the blue fairy says "And make a wish!" then I'll tell her how amazing she is, how lucky I am, possibly read her a poem I made and then say "I only have one wish..." then get down on one knee while I'm holding her hand and ask "will you marry me?" or "may I have the honor of being the happiest and luckiest man in the world by taking your hand in marriage?" (I'm most likely gonna speak from my heart and not have a memorized speech). Then I will kiss her during the finale and have one of the camera men take a picture. Before I ask her, I'm going to let the camera man in on the plan. And I'm gonna bring her over to the little area near the bridge right of the castle towards tomorrowland (where you can take nice pictures). I really want to make it magical. If anyone has ideas on this please let me know. The rock I got her is 3 carats so that's not gonna be the issue. I just want to get the perfect spot or do the perfect thing before the wishes displays. And if anyone (girls if anyone) can give me some things to do before I propose that will be very helpful!
