betterdeal Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Yes I will look into doing some form of meditation based or gentle exercise like Pilates or yoga. Sounds like a good idea. My physical health varies, so some days I feel worse than others, so will definitely try to do more physical activities on my better days so I can hopefully start to move forward from this heartache.
