valente26 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 she cut me out of her life after 4 years! 1 week after kissing me and telling me she loved me and would always be laying next to me. 1 week later she kisses someone else completely changed her attitude and has left me on my own that was a month ago now i have no idea what im doin but i have had n.c for a month today!
Crisis Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Congratulations on the month of NC, really you situation is very hard, I mean me and my Ex have been broken up for almost a month but tomorrow will be the first entire week of no contact. I know you confused, we all get that way. It's day dream, wonder, then reality...then you feel bad again. Your doing great though with NC, I mean after the advice I got from this site, I would say keep it up. I don't know your whole situation, but I know for sure you have to try and let go. I haven't entirely, but it will come with time. Once you can have a day where you don't think about her then you know you healing right. My ex is with someone else and I have no clue what they are doing, and don't want to ask questions to get answers I don't want to know. You should consider the same. I'm not saying NC will bring her back, but you have to stay strong, cause the way it always happens is when your over her, she will want to come back. It sucks, but you have to heal and move on, otherwise she might not ever see what she is missing. You've done great, so don't dwell on your success. Keep you head up and something good is bound to turn up.
