Hot Chick Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 I lost my job to make a long story short (don't want to give too many details)....can anyone tell me whether an intentional and knowing waiver of rights has to be in writing? The employer is saying I waived my rights, but the Union is saying I did not.
