teaforone Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 I've noticed in my years of dating almost every guy i've been in a relationship with, "liked," had a thing with, or went out with a couple of times has always come back with the exception of 2 guys. It could be months or years later but they always come back around. Why is that? Why do guys, and sometimes girls feel the need to come back?

More often than not, they are running through a dry spell and instinctively turn to someone from the past in hopes that it will be easier than finding someone new, since there is already some sort of history there.
thehead Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 Nostalgia. If the relationship was rocky, time minimized those memories. Loneliness. The belief since they were accepted once, they'll be welcomed back into the fold yet again.
