I've recently started dating a girl over the past month and a half everything has been great. Dates, hang outs, goodnight text messages I'm sure you get it. Now this its where its tricky a couple weeks into dating she kinda pulled away and said maybe we should be friends and I said ok. I knew she liked me because we had talked about our feelings the more and more we hung out which is normal for two people to discuss it. For the most part we were both on the same page which was getting to know each other and enjoying each others company. So after she said that whole friend thing i kinda took a backseat which lasted two days and she wanted to see me. I of course accepted and everything was back to normal. This past week we were both busy and we didn't see each other at all (although we texted, and talked on the phone numerous times throughout the week) and I missed her but I didn't want to bother/be a stage 5 clinger with the "o hey lets hang out tonight phone calls." So pretty much what should I do? Because I like this one!

The only thing I can think of is she may not attracted enough to you to be in a relationship/romance. Every girl knows that "let's be friends" is something you only say to someone you ONLY like as a friend.

Believe me, she wouldn't suggest that you just be friends if she was interested in being more than friends with you. My guess is she knows you like her, she likes the attention, and she'll keep you around as long as you're willing to give her that attention.

So should I just stop everything?

You don't need to be drastic and just stop everything. She dropped the ball. Start to date other women and get busy. When she calls for a date you won't be able to because you're going out with friends or another girl. Make her realize the loss and come after you if she likes you so much. Chasing her at this point is a big mistake.
