I'm not 40, I'm 26. 19 seems pretty normal for a girl my age. I'm sorry I don't like older guys. I never have. As soon as I saw he was 19, I was actually intrigued, on top of liking his looks. I have no set thing in what I want in a personality. That's the part I enjoy about getting to know someone. I have no standards when it comes to personality, because I don't know what I'm looking for. The only thing I have to go off of right off the bat to see if I even want to give someone a chance is their appearance. If I can't get past their appearance, I'm not gonna want to get anywhere near them physically. It would be gross! I don't know why I'm defending myself. I have NOTHING to defend. lol about time you had an intelligent thought eh? Thing is 19 and 26 is generally a pretty large gap because a lot of change goes on through those years. So I guess if you enjoy babysitting and don't have an overly controlling personality [lol] then by all means go for it, it should work out just fine.

People are entitled to their opinion, and just because they don't agree with you, that doesn't make them trolls. That aside, I agree with you on the age difference being meaningless. I am 27 years old, my boyfriend is 20. It takes a lot of patience on my end sometimes, but it works for us. So, enjoy this guy, if that's what you want. Arabella

Not just your average, every day guy. BELOW average. Guys are just as shallow. Most guys won't date a blue whale of a woman, but I can't be picky about who I'll date. It's not that you don't want to date or be in a relationship with people you find unattractive that people have the problem with. It's the way you're talking about it. In this case I don't think there's anything wrong with the age gap, since she's very young for her age. Not to insult her, but I think herself and a 19 year old would be a much better match, than herself and someone who is the same age as her. I have no idea why. One "mature" decision doesn't suddenly make you a mature person. I don't see how being abstinent makes your thought process comparable to a 50 year old. People on here don't understand satire. However, defending your belief with illogical arguments to begin with and throwing out personal attacks, oh IDK I'd humor you with that mathematical logic, but you'd have to have half a functioning brain to comprehend it.
