it hurts like a champ... I'm trying to do today on my own without the support of my friends...

 

i did really well yesterday only was angry and depressed for a little over an hour.

 

im gonna go walk a 5 mile trail

Everytime I get the urge to break NC I grab my iPod and go for a long walk. Regardless of the weather I just get out there and get away from all the temptation. When you get back you'll feel refreshed and better about yourself for getting through it on your own.
