Just dropped by to update my situation for some of my LS friends. My former AP and I are married, and expecting in early December. It's a boy! My teaching job is great and my wife's counseling job is very rewarding to her. Who woulda thunk? Her ex-husband has a new trophy wife, so all is calm in Texas.

Hi, Joe! :love::laugh:

A baby boy! How exciting! :love::bunny: Are you thinking of names? When did you two get married?? Was it a big or small wedding? Haha, I'm asking so many questions.

We eloped, but had a big reception. We haven't completely decided on names yet , but are pretty close.

Oh wow, congrats!! :bunny: So happy for you, missed you around here. :)

Not yet, but it does have to have Baldwin in it. It's a family tradition. We decided to elope to avoid the frantic family drama, so it was sooooo nice and romantic, and worry-free. Your Avie is really nice, great looking couple. Are you here in Yankland?

Baldwin is cute! I don't blame you, wedding drama is something to avoid. :laugh: Yep I'm here, US Government willing, for good.

Are you in Michigan or on the coast? I seem to remember Pyro saying that he liked Seattle.

Michigan. We'll be here for awhile, he's still at school. I like it here, his friends are awesome.

I love Michigan, too. When my parents were going through their disaster, we kids lived with our aunt and uncle in Michigan, and I graduated High School there. It's always been my second home, and I have a vacation cabin upstate. Summers are wonderful, not like Texas, everything is green and the temp is just right. We are going to spend the whole of August there.

rub it in, Joe. I hope a big-azz mosquito buzzes you the whole time you're up there with your honey while we're sweating like pigs down here!

congrats to you on your marriage and your new little one! I think "JustJoeJr" would be a fitting name :cool:

They DO have some big skeeters up there for sure. They have what they call tiger skeeters, about as big as a wasp and striped like a tiger. Deet won't faze em, the only thing is napalm.;)
