I lost a couple of stone and I'm looking trim, but my face is still fat! Heeellp!!

Then keep up with losing. Your face will adjust the more close you get to fitness. The first thing that goes when I try to lose weight is my butt. And there isn't much of it to start with.

I agree with Frisky. When I lost more than 200lbs., the weight eventually left my face on its own. It's a gradual process so give it time.

I don't mean to be negative but some people, as they age, retain weight in the face.

 

Continue to lose. That should help a lot. But be realistic as well.
