have you ever left an ex for someone elee, and did you regret it?

My ex left me for another woman, and it still hurts. He was with me one day and the next he told me they thought they were perfect for each other . He never gave me any closure and it hurts to see him moving on, living his life and not feeling any remorse or regret for the way he treated me. This by far, has been the worse pain I've ever experienced. It has gotten better with time but I had to go seek counseling to even begin to move forward. I just want to know do people like this ever regret the hurt and pain they cause their exes when they dump them and leave for someone else.

No, I have never dumped a person for someone else. Many years ago, I did dump a girl because I wasnt ready for a committed relationship. Since that time, every committed relationship I have been in has resulted in me getting dumped, usually because the girl found someone she felt was a better fit.

Absolutely, I recently dumped a wonderful woman and I regret breaking her heart. But, for me it's that old case of "I Love you, but I'm not in love with you!"

 

Anyway, I figure that anyone who doesn't have a little regret breaking someones heart isn't very human.
