goldenglow Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 After getting over MM, here I am starting to date again, somewhat. It's been a lonely road but I had to let go, so glad i did. Gained strength, but ohhh so lonely. Fast forward to this past weekend, met a guy at a party, he seems mediocer, nice guy type. We exchange numbers, and talk a bit. Am I wrong for just wanting to be in the company of this/a man? I feel i can do much better, meaning a man with a better job or better looking , but this guy seems very nice and right now I just want to go slow and get to know him but not get into a relationship, i will communicate this to him as time goes on. am i wrong for wanting to be in the comapny of this man? but not going toward a R?
USMCHokie Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 You have no obligation to be in or even intend to pursue a relationship with someone you just met. However, as soon as he makes his desire or intention for a relationship known, that's when you have to make a decision. Until then, have fun getting to know him and enjoy his company.
