Damn?!?! Right in front of you? The audacity... I will never date a girl who's completely addicted to Facebook or her phone again. Hell, my ex was so bad that she would have all of her FB messages, comments, friends posts, etc sent to her phone. Then she would always be on her phone while in my presence. I find it totally disrespectful and outright disgusting when you're talking to someone and in the middle of a conversation, they bust out their phone and start texting someone else. I leave my phone on silent or in my car because of that very reason. If I'm going to hang out with someone, I'm going to give them my full attention and the respect they deserve. If I didn't I would completely expect them to get up and walk out, ending the date/gathering. I totally understand and sure hope they would too. I wouldn't date someone who had no dignity and self-respect.

The last time I saw my ex, she literally was on her phone the entire time talking to her friend(s) as I was trying to hold a conversation with her in person. It was nearly impossible as had to repeat myself several times. At some point I nearly gave up.

Then, if that wasn't enough, she tried to tell me that she didn't have time to text or call me that night after telling me she would just prior to her leaving? Nothing but excuses. My answer to that was "But you have time to text/message your friend(s) while you're with me, but you magically don't have the time when you're not?" Please, don't insult my intelligence ;)

Sorry to bump my own thread. I seem to be in a stage wherein I fantasize about her coming back just so I can tell her off somehow. Hurt her at least a fraction of how she hurt me. I keep switching between wanting her back and wanting some kind of revenge. Day to day the emotions vary so widely. This is not fun. She is out having a blast. so comforting.

Rod I feel the exact same but you cant wait and watch the pot boil. I think you will get your revenge when you look away and least expect it.
