After first time we kept in touch, calling or texting back and forth, mostly to try to hook up, but things came up. Had second hook up a few weeks later and this time he kissed me during sex. What does this mean?

Surely the point of making love is to enjoy each other's intimate presence and impart the maximum pleasure to the other party. Of course he should kiss you. You shouldn't be making love unless you're fond of each other. If you're not, then you soon will be. You wouldn't mind if he kissed your vagina, so why not your mouth?
