I really enjoy watching a woman's body language while were on a date. If your paying attention to it, its a dead give away that she's into you.

Hannah, why are you just copying stuff from various dating advice sites and then pasting it to various dating discussion sites?

Definitely this. :D

Don't mean to sound cliche'd but wouldn't it just be better to be yourself?

Trying to follow a list of commands seems like the last thing you should do, and would probably stop you coming across as natural.

The only tip that I can think of which would be a good one, is, to work on yourself to become more happier, positive and confident as a person. Then when you're being yourself on dates, you'll have a much better chance of success.

I think the best advice for life and dating is the same. Simply, respect yourself and have fun being you. I also believe the only way you can truly respect yourself is if you treat others the way you would want to be treated. (that means being fair, not putting up with crap). Don’t give into stress. Live life in the moment.

1) Flirt a lot. Be playful.

The best advice is to have fun with the person, including the conversation. If you are having fun that gives you the best chance she is having fun.

Just don’t ask if she is having fun or awkwardly repeat “this is fun!”

2) Tease her a lot and act like a challenge.

Teasing her should go under your #1 “Flirt a lot. Be playful.” It’s redundant to add it as part of this rule.

As far as acting like a challenge the only thing you need to do is be yourself. Some one willing to act a certain way just to make some one comfortable may come off fake. If you are yourself the confident version who goes for the kiss etc. you will be all the challenge you need to be. So instead of saying “act like a challenge” I believe being the best most honest/confident version of yourself is the best way to look at it. An example of this would be not putting up with disrespect, also not acting like a castrated lame version of yourself out of fear to make her feel comfortable.

3) Stay in control and lead the date.

I really don’t understand what you are trying to say here. Just be yourself and have fun, let things happen naturally. Stay in control of yourself such as not letting fear get to you and being the real you instead of a scared you. Go for the kiss basically. Let the date play out as it will and be fine with what ever happens even if it wasn’t what you wanted. Be happy for what ever did happen.

3) Avoid talking about politics' date=' religion, and controversial topics.[/quote']

I agree no reason to debate about abortions, taxes, or the death penalty on a first date. Even if these weren’t controversial they still wouldn’t be romantic.

4) Give her your full attention. Don’t check out other women.

Obviously checking out other women when you are trying to date some one is probably disrespectful. For that reason its important to respect yourself and treat others with the same respect you’d want for yourself. If you’re polite and respectful you can avoid a wide range of problems such as checking out other women while on a date or dating. So, the bigger picture is being respectful instead of listing all the disrespectful things you could do.

On a side not be sure to check out your date. Let her be your eye candy. Feel free to look at her entire body even so far as to check out her breasts and butt. Like I said above just be respectful and you won’t scare her. If she does get scared when you’re respectful that’s her problem.

5) Make good eye contact.

6) Have strong body language.

I would combine your rules 5 & 6 because separating body language and eye contact seems nit picky to me. The trick to having good body language is to relax and try to be comfortable and confident. Don’t stress (because it’s all in your head) and have fun. (no matter what happens)

7) Don’t talk about your past relationships' date=' and change topics when she talks about her past relationships.[/quote']

I would like to add feel free to forget about a girl who seems hung up on other men whether they be ex’s or “friends.” Nothing good can come of bringing your ex up for any reason. It should be good enough if they must know that you’ve had past relationships and how long they lasted but try to steer clear of the topic. You don’t want to be talking about how you hated your ex or loved her etc.

8) Act positive and optimistic.

Good advice for life in general.

9) Don’t make offensive jokes.

Be respectful, but if an offensive joke makes her laugh then you get extra points.

10) Don’t act needy or kiss her ass.

Be yourself like I said before. The confident version of yourself who is going for the things you want including her. Don’t be the castrated scared version of yourself who is just trying to be as non threatening as possible all the while conforming to anything you think she wants. Be genuine not fake.
