TuffCookieX Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 Had a few instances where married men have tried to get me to homewreck, but this latest one was really saddening to me and makes me never, ever want to get married in fear that I will have my heart broken. Saw a guy on fb who had about 14 mutual friends with me so I sent him a request. I can only see his profile pic and barely any stats. He does not accept me, however, he shoots me a message with a "what's up cutie?" We talk for a few days via private messaging, he is 6 years older than me. He asked for nude pics. I have none, nor will I ever take any. He starts asking me if I want to meet up during lunch break (he works close to my job). I say no, it doesn't work with my schedule. Then he asks if I want to meet up for drinks. Well, since we have mutual friends, I said I was going with them in town that Saturday and he should come along. Our mutual friend "introduces" us and we shake hands. Mutual friend and I start talking then and he (mutual friend) is aware that we have been talking. I tell him that he refuses to add me on facebook and I have a very suspicious feeling. Friend tells me that this guy is in fact, MARRIED. I come home from the bar to a message on facebook from this married man and it says "nice meeting you tonight ;)" My response was: "Yeah, it's a shame I didn't get to meet your wife." End result? He blocked me. What a piece of sh*t! Thank goodness I was told this rather important detail before I agreed on ever going out with him. What if I had? I would feel totally awful! I think I'll stay single for the rest of my life. Better to be unhappy alone than to be unhappy with someone.

I would feel totally awful! i know it was a complete mystery before that point wasn't it. try staying home next weekend and reading a book or something.

Yeah, you know the mark of an honest and genuine man is asking for nude pics on facebook. :laugh::laugh: It never ceases to amaze me what women let us get away with.
