I bet she didn't. You seem to be one of those people who are somehow disabled from reading or enacting "normal" social cues and behavior. Besides, I met a girl in the supermarket today and then I saw her again at the corner store and exchanged hellos. I got her to laugh, then out of nowhere, she tells me how she loves cooking? I wonder what that's about? Um ... let me take a guess. You saw her twice in one day in food selling establishments. By way of explanation, she told you she loves to cook. Could that be it? Then did she flash you a big ole camel toe and then suddenly look elated? I bet she did.

She probably doesn't remember you being rude, she must get that all the time. If you want to ask her out, do it.. but I wouldn't think the interactions you've had with her previously have anywhere near as much significance as they do to you.
