YellowShark Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 If you're not American then you probably haven't heard about Anthony Weiner the congressman who is married and who's wife is pregnant. Well he was busted for online affairs with other women, and for sending images of his "private parts to them." Not to make light of the subject - (because it's really scummy and low that he was up to this) - but here's a hilarious video by a brilliant comedian/talk show host reading the sexting that was going on between Anthony Weiner and one of his internet sweethearts. It kinda exposes how ridiculously stupid even fairly smart people can be. I laughed pretty damn hard! THIS VIDEO CONTAINS BAD WORDS AND IS NOT SAFE FOR WORK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=bb6_1307818999
freestyle Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 I watched the interview Weiner did on ABC-- (if you can call it that) In the space of 4 minutes, well, I actually lost count of how many times he interrupted the interviewer, I think the poor guy was only able to get out three complete sentences in without being cut off. You can see the expression on his face grow more and more incredulous as Weiner goes on the offensive. Weiner even went so far as to badger the interviewer by asking a barrage of rapid-fire questions (isn't the interviewer supposed to be the one asking questions???) ......and then not allowing the man to respond. ......as if the interviewer was supposed to be the one under suspicion. It's an interesting example of 'table-turning', or blame-shifting as a manipulation tactic at work....
bentnotbroken Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 His wiener should be slammed in a gate. Then maybe he will stop twitting it around.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=bb6_1307818999 I read the text of his sexts to the Las Vegas dealer and could not get over how rediculously adolescent it ALL sounded. He was obsessed with the size and hardness of his...ahem "partisan." If this is anything like affair sexting, you can keep it as it does not turn me on at all. And I have a problem with women who use "tee hees" in texting. It makes them sound stupid and easy, which may be the personna they are going for. It perpetuates the stereotypes that the wife is brilliant and accomplished and frigid, and the sexting partner sounds like some slutty sixteen-year old airhead. I believe the majority of these men were nerds personified or had few cool friends in high school and just did not date enough. They find the best woman they can attract to marry, but then quietly live a life of a smarmy, desperate and idiotic 16-year old. Nauseating.
PinkInTheLimo Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Well, what did Huma expect when she had her marriage being officiated by Bill Clinton? I guess that her being close to Hillary will learn her the tricks to deal with a cheating husband... Seriously, how can his wife even consider staying with him? I couldn't, not only because of the cheating but because I could never stay with such a dumb guy (trying to pretend that his Twitter account was hacked, pleeaase). Normally the first years of a marriage should be the happiest, especially if you are expecting a child and this guy ruins it all with his stupid behaviour. My take is that the marriage is more a political status marriage for both of them, just like the Clinton marriage is.
freestyle Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 here's the interview I saw, that I mentioned... watch how he plays the"victim" http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/video/flashback-weiners-web-lies-13776485
TheLawmaker Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Weiner really makes me ill. I hope he resigns, I don't trust idiots like that to run our government.
Feelin Frisky Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 I hope Anthony Weiner fights back and makes his story count for something. It is unique and not what most people assume it is. Unlike other sex scandals where men--sometimes outspoken conservative men who have partially made their reputations as "family values champions" which Antony Weiner didn't--engage in real physical sex with other women (and sometimes men), Anthony Weiner engaged in "social entertainment" through computers and eventually telephones. What's fundamentally different here is that Weiner proceeded always under the assumption that he would not be really seeing these people he was effectively "playing with" without "playing around with". Though he chose to send pictures of himself or parts of himself to a few parties, the nature of the technology he used was not such that he could send those "around the Internet" as some have characterized him as doing. He had some "Internet relationships" and sent those photos to those who were involved in this new form of "entertainment" where instead of watching actors make believe they are shooting each other and/or screwing around, real people interact with each other and see where things lead. Weiner did not trawl the net for innocent youngsters. He "tweeted" and gain some "followers" who he then interacted with over time until an Internet relationship developed. H probably should have caught himself and cut off the communication but it had been very compelling and engaging as a pastime. Somebody then made his personal parts in these non-physical dalliances public and that is totally wrong and perhaps even criminal. Anthony Weiner make mistakes but he was also deliberately political assassinated here by having him communications and pictures shown to people they were not intended. Weiner could not have set out to start what happened--that's not how it works. It required other people--women--to seek him out and someone else to turn him in to the press and bring him down. Anthony Weiner can survive this but he has to start attacking and getting to the bottom of who violated his private communications and why. If he held in his heart that he was never going to meet these women, he was simply guilty of exploring the excitement of "social entertainment". Whoever trumped this up and saw to his loss of career should be made to pay IMO

Whoever trumped this up and saw to his loss of career should be made to pay IMO You can't be serious! Do you think that this rant of yours would be of any consolation to his wife? His behaviour was inappropriate and indecent and it is cheating because it crosses the boundaries of a monogamous relationship (I presume that his wife thought she had entered that kind of relationship). Whether he actually meets the people in question is of little importance. And don't give me any crap about his privacy being violated, pleeaase. It's the same as the cheating husband who blames his wife for snooping on him. If someone is a hypocrite = his behaviour does not match the principles he defends, he looses his right to privacy. In any case, if the man is stupid enough to send a private thing to everyone, then he'd better not make decisions which affect a big number of people.
silktricks Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 I don't like what he did. If I was his wife I would be irate. That said, what he did has zero to do with his ability to govern. I don't understand why the American people get so confused about public and private persona. Most of the powerful men in our history were unfaithful cads. That doesn't mean they didn't or couldn't govern well.

LOL....The man is a sleazeball and dumb. How can he put himself in a situation where he can potentially be blackmailed? I hope his wife divorces him but I think she will take the Hillary course. Anyway, what is Weiner being treated for in a rehab? For being stupid?
PinkInTheLimo Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Anyway, what is Weiner being treated for in a rehab? For being stupid? LOL, is there a cure for stupidity? Would be great!
PinkInTheLimo Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 IThat said, what he did has zero to do with his ability to govern. I don't agree. What he did shows that he can't control himself. I don't like such persons in government positions.

Author YellowShark Posted June 13, 2011 Author Posted June 13, 2011 Anyway, what is Weiner being treated for in a rehab? For being stupid? That is how American Celebrities and Politicians try to save face. After the fact. It's so hypocritical. He wasn't going to rehab - OR EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT - until he got caught cheating on his wife. Now that he has been totally busted for cheating on his pregnant wife it's the old "Oh dear... I guess I need rehab" B.S. Pathetic.
stillafool Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 His wiener should be slammed in a gate. Then maybe he will stop twitting it around. :lmao::lmao:! Or maybe it should be bent, not broken in the gate! That one was priceless Bent! What is with all the boys acting badly anyway? Maybe more women should take over the higher ranks of politics as it seems testosterone is completely out of control. Maybe we could get more accomplished if women ran this country.
StoneCold Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 wiener should have known that his wiener is for the pink tacos...not photo shoots

donnamaybe Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Anyway, what is Weiner being treated for in a rehab? For being stupid? OMG, now THAT's funny! On Bob & Tom in the morning they made a new catchphrase around this. It's "Don't Tweet your Meat."
Author YellowShark Posted June 13, 2011 Author Posted June 13, 2011 Oh... there are sooooo many funny REAL Weinergate news headlines... such as: "Congressman Wants Weiner Probe" "Weiner Exposed" "Weiner's Pickle" "Stick a Fork in this Weiner" "Hide the Weiner" "Roasted Weiner" "Weiner Gets Grilled" "Weiner pulls Out" "Hard Time for Weiner" "Weiner Roast" "Letting Weiner Shrivel" Those are all real headlines from the American media...
PinkInTheLimo Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Well he tried pathetically to cling to his post but had ultimately to resign: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/16/anthony-weiner-resigns_n_878229.html Curious to see what his wife will do? I would love her to "un-Hillarize" herself, that would be a strong signal to men that women are fed up with this kind of sick behaviour. But I guess she will "stand by her man". It always makes me cringe that such intelligent, independent women eventually lower themselves by staying with a guy who is totally immature when it comes to his sexuality.
gaius Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 I found this whole scandal odd. Mark Sanford actually abandoned his post as gov, ran down to Argentina to cheat on his wife and he didn't face 1/10th of the public anger and demands to resign that Anthony Weiner has over sending out some dirty pictures to consenting parties. Was it just a slow news week or do people really consider exchanging pictures over the internet almost as bad as molesting a child? I did enjoy Benjy Bronk crashing all of his press conferences though.
y2k Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Seriously, how can his wife even consider staying with him? I couldn't, not only because of the cheating but because I could never stay with such a dumb guy (trying to pretend that his Twitter account was hacked, pleeaase). I know. Now she looks like the dumb one for staying with this guy. By staying with him, she deserves all the pain she's going to get with him. How could any woman fall for ANY politicians??? Those guys are lairs in every way. My take is that the marriage is more a political status marriage for both of them, just like the Clinton marriage is. Probably. Most women love power. Even if the guy they're with is the worst in the world, if he has power, they won't separate from him. Those women deserve the misery that's waiting for them. But now that Weiner is out of power, it could all very well change.
