Daaanz Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 I spent a really really lovely evening with him last night, and he seemed so happy to be back with me, the reason we originally split was to do with us spending way too much time together and it eventually pushed us away from each other, we were split for little over a month and in that time he slept with another girl and was seeing another, this really hurt me but I know I can get over it and I have, I'm not really bothered about it. But this morning I've been feeling really low, I've been worrying about him deciding he doesnt want me all over again and all these other worries, what do I do, should I get out, or should I try and carry on past these worries, I told him about them last night and he was lovely and there for me, but I'm finding it hard to believe what he says, I still can't believe he is truly genuine about coming back to me....

It doesn't sound like you had a chance to recover from the break up and get your self confidence back. I can tell you that if you keep having talks to your now on-again boyfriend about your insecurities and lack of trust, it will quickly push him away. To get out of the relationship again would appear as though you're playing games, or worse - that you feel you were better off without him. This is a tough one. If you love your boyfriend and have chosen to take him back after all that's happened, you must find it within yourself to let go of the past and not get too far ahead with regards to the future and "what ifs" etc. Live in the present - enjoy being back together with your boyfriend. Don't look to him for validation and reassurance. Feel good and confident about what you have to bring to the table, and the rest should fall into place
