tank2020 Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 So I broke up with my ex after finding out he had slept with someone when we were exclusively seeing each other. He took the break up hard but after finding out it was "in the very beginning and he didnt know what i was thinking it was a mistake, he didnt even know if I was over my ex,.." , I decided to give it another shot. Things weren't the same but we did have some great days. He broke it off with me unexpectantly ( we had spent the day together , cuddled watched movies and shared many laughs , but on the drive home I was dumped because he didnt have time for a girlfriend). We didnt talk for a while but would run into eachother when hanging with mutual friends ( he was in bed ready to call it a night but found out i was going out with mutual friends and he arrived unexpectantly and was very cold ) After that incident we didnt talk for a while yet he started texting me nonstop and this went on for weeks. It felt like when we were dating again and hung out a couple times. We had plans to go away for a weekend , then our mutual friend saw him the night before at a party and he admited to her he loved me and wanted to get back together, yet later in the night he got mad at her for " cock blocking" him in front of another girl by speaking about me. We had a talk and I said i didn't want to invest my time if I was only to be thought of as a fling and that I was not going to spend the night with a guy who did not want to eventually date and so he simply said he didnt know what he wanted so we werent going to hang. I told him I wasn't going to be led on and he said he was trying to do the right thing yet i responed that doing the right thing would have been to not led me on in the first place. I cut ties with him and havent heard from him since. Its been 4 days now. I still dont understand what he was trying to do this whole time... Help?
