I knew a guy in college who would break up with his girlfriend whenever he wanted her to lose weight. She was so screwy in the head, she would cry her eyes out, not eat because she was so sick over it, inevitably lose weight, then go right back to him when he suggest they got back together. Even if she knew what he was doing, I dont think it would have made any difference. This happened like 3 times a year...far as I know they are still together too.
