Cause I applied last week. Then they said, "We''ll start interview once the ad in the newspaper runs out". Then 2 days after they called me and said "thanks for applying but we choose someone"

 

and that ad was still in the newspaper from sSUnday.

 

I think i have heard that many companies put ads even if they already have someone in mind. and that they often just grab people that are already in the company working.

 

 

Anyways, first application and first failure. Doesn't make me any happy.

You have to try to not let it get to you or it could spoil future interviews.
