millimeter Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) My ex broke up with me a month and a half ago. We were in a LDR so we do not live in the same city. I've been in NC since the break up but he called me a couple of times trying to remain 'friend' with me. I've told him to forget about that. He had some stuff at my place and some of it is quite expensive (some mixing board and an Ipad) so I can't give it to charity. There is also shoes, clothing, books, baseball mit, etc.. He told me he would pick his shiz up when he'd be around but never showed up. I know he comes in town at least once a month and it just bugs me that I don't know when he'll finally decide to show up! The stuff is in my hallway and I can't wait for him to free back this space of my apt! In some way, I don't want to run after him and give him more attention than he deserved since I'm in NC... What would you do? Edited June 5, 2011 by millimeter
Desensitized Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Just store it out of your sight. Grab a box, put the things inside, and store it in an attic, basement, or under your bed.
Billie The Puppet Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 I'll take the iPad of your hands /joking around Get a flat rate box and ship the stuff to him with no letter. Depending where you live some place law entitles the items or properties to become legally yours after a certain amount of time has passed.
Nohbody Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 If you think reconciliation is not going to happen.... I'd keep it or get rid of it any way you deem fit.
