I found this video almost a year ago and have been watching it almost everyday since. It helped me through difficult times in life, and helped me take back responsibility for my own destiny. The only person holding you back is yourself.

So to accept how powerful I am would be to accept that it's all on me to make myself start feeling better and get over what I'm going through, nobody can come into my life and pick me up and dust me off and make this all better, even though that would be so much easier, it wouldn't be right.
