asking someone out after 2 years of not seeing them?

I am just looking for advice on what to do. I have been out of high school for about 2 years. There was a girl i was crazy about in high school but never had the guts to ask her out. I know where she is currently attending college and i also know that she may have ben going out with someone at the end of 12 grade. I never talked to her much in school but was told out of the blue by someone who was in a class that her and i shared that she liked me and encouraged me to ask her out. i didnt. Should i try to make contact with her now and if so what could i say, i mean its been 2 years! Any input would be appreciated.

Does this mean that they are still together? If they are do not ask her out. And if they are not going out...go find her!

 

Love does not have a time limit. (I know you don't love her but hopefully you know what I mean)

Im not sure if she is still going out with the guy, thats part of the problem. I am pretty sure that she wasnt that crazy about him in high school and Im afraid that she might be "settling" for him. Thanks for the advice
