This guy I'm interested in keeps wanting ot text all the time, call, see eachotehr but with my work and social life I can only see him every week or 2. And certainly can't text a few nights a week for an hour. I need a tactful way to tell him I'm busy without putting him off. he can be very assertive.

Well maybe this guy won't be like that. You still have to be honest with him and tell him how you feel if you want to keep this guy around.
