duhduhduhdan Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 Sorry if this is in the wrong section btw :/ So basically, I am 16 yo yet to have his first kiss... last saturday i was at a party, I was quite drunk, but still remember some of the night. This girl who i met that night, we were dancing and she started kissing my neck, and i remember feeling weird... and walked away, even though we did kinda hit it off and i thought she was quite pretty and i wanted to kiss her. But why couldn't or why wouldn't i do it? And lots of people say, when you're drunk, you don't think about things and dont become as self concious... and i was pretty out of it.

I would be more concerned about the fact that you are only 16 and were "quite drunk". thats a problem

If you can avoid making the mistake of needing alcohol as a social crutch or to reduce anxiety about sexual desire and sublimation, you will go far. If you keep to the pattern of drinking whenever women are around you will just be another drunk chump who can't get anywhere with women other than drunk ones. The time for you to decide is now, as the habits take years to undo later in life. Google "state dependent learning" and btw I'm no prude, far from it. Once you are an adult, it's fine to relax with a drink, even catch a buzz. But if you start using alcohol as liquid courage now, you will literally be cutting the number of women you can get with in half. Same with smoking. So drink smoke, party... or get twice as many women. Up to you. If you don't believe me start watching older guys in environments where there is drinking, the drunken party guys pass out, the guys who enjoy themselves but keep a clear head get the girl.
