okay, becuase I am bored and have the experience...

I have just crowned myself the self procliamed LS fitness guru.

living good is the best revenge right?

let myself get fat and unhappy with the ex, and thats gonna change today

my personal goal is to get a rock hard six pack by september.

all callesthenics. no weights.

starting with 70 push ups 70 sit ups and a 3 mile run.

thats the warm up.

when you get done with that see how many push ups you can do in five hours. beat my record of 742 and I'll give you my self proclaimed title.

honor rule. no bull****ting. I will find you.

DO I SMELL A CHALLENGE?

I've done all kinds of fitness, and I find Calisthenics most rewarding for practical strength gains. Great boost of confidence after a break up as well. Started taking the exercises more seriously after my break up, and 5 months later I can do 10 handstand pushups and an 8 second human flag. Took me awhile to build enough strength to be able to hold a good form handstand for a long enough time since I'm taller.

If you want great abs, start training for human flags, dragon flags, and planches. Good way to start is working towards holding a plank for 5 minutes, and progressing to L sits and pseudo dragon flags.

Bar-barian forum also has tons of information of calisthenic exercises. Great community that will help you out and keep you motivated.
