ASG Posted May 27, 2011 Posted May 27, 2011 My ex would call me all the usuals: baby, honey, sweetie, etc. He would also, on ocasion, call me boo, which I kinda loved, as I prefer "unique" pet names. I always called him babe or baby. Don't think we ever used our actual names much. With a previous ex, we had the same pet name for each other and would call each other exclusively by that. I tried to not do it in public, but at some point it was so ingrained that I couldn't even call him by his name! (I would post the name, but it doesn't translate well into english and would mean nothing to you in my language)

It was different, and I felt like it was just for me. I find it funny that so many people think Boo is unique. I've had 3 guys call me that, and about half of my friends use it for their SOs. Weird.
