4 months post-break up and he tells me he misses me...

Ever since I received that text, I have been a mess. We spoke on Skype after I received the text. We hung up and I logged off. Today, I log on and I see that after our conversation he messaged me 20 mins later and saw that he said he still misses me. I just feel so overwhelmed with feelings, and I don't understand why he needed to tell me that. I haven't stopped thinking about it. All the while I have been moving on, but can't seem to keep a guy interested. I want to write my ex a heartfelt letter but part of me just wants to forget he ever said it. I want it to mean something but there is no going back. I just feel so ugly,unwanted, and crazy!!!

It is all BS unless he actually says he wants you back. I get the I-miss-yous too but yet he is lying to me and even dating other people. Whatever. Don't even buy it for a second.

yes plzzzzz dont listen to it....ex`s say it all the time, most of the time because they want to know you are still hung up on them. It doesnt mean anything.

 

My ex told me they missed me a couple hours after breaking up with me, and i was like pfffft are you kidding me, you cant do that.

 

If he really misses you and wants you he will work for it. You want more than a msg on a computer, dont go for anything less, no writing letters.

 

Plus dont be so hard on yourself, use the time to work on your insecurities, dont let them work you. You should love yourself first before you let yourself love someone else else it just wont work.
