Hi everyone

This month has been so very stressful and I seem to get all the symptoms for everything: I feel tired all the time, discovered something like a rush(pimples) on my forearms, all my nails broke off and feel sore, my skin looks like horrible, thanks Lord I don't have any problems with my hair or teeth.

Could it be the stress or is just the spring?

I am considering seeing a doctor, I just don't know which one and I am a foreign student in a damn expensive city... Any suggestions?

Hey CurlyamI,

Sorry to hear that you're so stressed. It's been known that stress can wreak havoc on our bodies. I am sure that's why your feeling low on energy and breaking-out (rash).

There are a few things you can do to help your immune system. Take a good vitamin supplement, do some form of exercise (believe it or not, exercise can boost energy levels), and drink ample amounts of water and eat healthy (plenty of fruits, vegetables and protein). I know they all sound like an obvious solution, but when I am eating better and working out, my stress level goes down and I feel and look healthier.

If you're already doing the things mentioned above and not seeing any improvement, you should definitely see a Physician. Just to make sure there's not an under-lying condition.

I do hope you feel better. :bunny:
