Lilmisus Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 So it's been like two months since my breakup, and I realized yesterday that still, most of my songs on my ipod are breakup songs. Realizing this, made me laugh, and it also made me want to go online and find some new songs to add that had nothing to do with lousy ex's or relationships. I have yet to do that though... After the breakup, I easily spent a $150 on new songs. Song's that screamed "F*ck you" or ones that I felt, felt my pain. Not all of them are sad, heartbreaking, or angry though. Others are just happy, encouraging songs that make me look forward to the future. So I wanted to post on here a few of the songs that I've been listening to these past couple of months that have helped me deal with the breakup, and I wanted to see what y'all had on your ipods or playlists. Maybe even give each other some ideas as to what to listen to when we're down or need a good song to sing along to Mind you, I'm not exactly proud of the songs I have on there "F*ck you" Ceelo Green "Get it Right" Glee "A little bit stronger" Sara Evans "Take a bow" Rhianna "Take me or leave me" Rent "Taker" Alexz Johnson "Bye Bye Bye" N*Sync "Get back up" Tobymac "Shake it off" Mariah Carey "No love" Eminem "Bad day" Daniel Powter "Jar of hearts" "Where you at" Jennifer Hudson "Just so you know" Jesse McCartney "Rolling in the deep" ADELE "This is how a heart breaks" Rob Thomas "Gotta be me" Glee "Happy days" Pratt & McLain "Me" Faith Hill There's a lot more of course, but those are the main ones that I seem to listen to the most. Like I said, I'm not exactly proud of my music selection (at least there's no Taylor Swift ) but whatever get's the job done, right? So, if you want to share, what do you care to listen to?
