Today is 2 weeks NC (so that puts me on day 15) and I'm proud to say that it took me until 1pm to have him even pop into my head. And when he did, the thought was "you haven't thought him about him at all today...oh well". That was it! For the first time today, I actually feel like I'm going to be ok and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It possibly also helps that yesterday I found out I have been accepted to start grad school next semester! So if you are only just starting out on this journey, if you have only just been through a split and you feel like you're whole world is falling apart...believe me, I understand, but there is hope and you will stand strong again. It takes a while, but you will get there! Go NC as soon as you can!!

Go NC as soon as you can!! good to here, i'm in the same situation except my break up is still fresh only 3 weeks and i think about her way too much and its depressing i look forward to when i can go a whole day without thinking about her
