diablodude64 Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I am so sick of seeing ridiculous posts from woman about how men are not gentlemen anymore and how we are pussies and not "men" in the sense of the word. Now I agree we have a country full of pacifistic pansies, but not all of us are like this. Besides this, the woman who say this are usually those who are died in the wool feminists who think men should piss sitting down. Chivalry is dead, and both parties killed it. Woman like control, but say they want men to be leaders. A leader by definition has a follower who listens always because they trust that their leader is making the right choices, now if the woman only listens because she likes the idea or because she is on the same page, that isn't a leader. Anyways what's up with this crap?

Yes, OP, you see any attitude that lays blame for whatever, good or ill, on both genders equally, and not entirely on men, is necessarily "hate speech" and an occasion for a feminist crusade and "turf defending." Couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. LS continues to entertain.

When you dye wool, you can never bleach it, and remove the colour, ever again. It would either simply not work, or ruin the fabric. I used to be a bit of a feminist. But obviously not dyed in the wool....I've mellowed in time, because I sincerely believe men are a whole lot better at some things than women are. And there are others at which women are brilliant, and men suck. This is both accurate, but also sweepingly general. I think we have tried too hard, as women, to prove ourselves equal to men, and occasionally better. The gender wars are futile, because they simply serve to separate, divide and defeat. Damn right we're better than guys at some things. And damn right, I'll leave your "jobs" to you - because I can neither do them as well as you, nor want to. Care to elaborate? The problem is that women don't know how to be women anymore and men don't know how to be men. Men act strong instead of being strong and women try harder and harder to be men. QFT. Edges blurred, and going back is difficult. But not impossible.... I am not surprised threebyfate is a feminist. She hates all men, and comes off as high and mighty as well. Bit severe. But there is some truth in this....

There is no perspective on equality demonstrated in the Avatar.... The equality perspective might be more accurate if it also bore the arrow symbol. As it stands, it's just the feminine. Meh, this place is a dumping ground for people's emotional garbage. I wouldn't suggest that LS itself is reflective of society as a whole, although there is a lot of garbage on the Internet which can influence people. But the Internet is a bitter man's last resort, the one place he can be heard by people. In real life, people otherwise probably tune them out and render them and their existence somewhat meaningless, which is why they're so hostile on this site.
