I just got done talking to my STBEXW and she, over the phone, said I can have the house and have primary custody of the children. We're doing a 50/50 right now and it's working well. We're going to continue to do the 50/50 with me having primary because this is the kids home and my oldest is now enrolled in the this school system. She agreed to this about two months ago but I just made sure she hasn't changed her mind. I'm refinancing the house now to get her name off the house and get a better interest rate before we go to the lawyer. Oh yeah, It's my lawyer and she's going to go sit with my lawyer and do the paperwork. It's cheaper this way and all around good for me I think. Please give me some feedback people, I need to know if I'm doing this right. I feel lucky! I have two beautiful little girls....I am lucky and blessed.

It's good that you and your EW have agreed upon what is in the best interest of your children. Yet, don't let that stop you from getting every detail in paper. If you ask me... you are handling this situation great and you sound very fortunate.
