I noticed people when they get dumped by someone they love they only find that person sexually attractive in a way. Dumpee will find others attractive but are still hold their ex up high especially if they were very attractive. Samething with me my ex gf isvery beautiful and for a long time I only had eyes for. Then in April my old (horny) self returned. I can't stop doing the old over the shoulder glances with girls. Has anyone else experienced this?

Im glad you learned to count to two and looked down and realized you had a pair. Its called being a guy. Go out and have fun. dont try to compare anyone to her. Think of it as you giving an old worn out toy you have been having fun with for years to someone less fortunate. time for something new. Once you start flirting and checking out others your ex will be a distant memory. Just as Im sure you are to her now.

Interesting topic, but yeah. I remember when I broke up with my live-in girlfriend of 2 1/2 years... dude... I went FREAKING crazy. I did a lot of things that I even regret, some things I laugh at, and some things I... don't talk about. Take this opportunity to learn who you are as a person, sexually, physically, and emotionally. Take up some crazy ass hobby like base jumping, or underwater synchronized tiger hugging, get into shape, do whatever you need.

 

But I'm warning you as someone who has been there, done that, and even got a cookie hat from it all, and I'm warning you as a friend... Don't lose yourself in this. It's a great thing you have, your freedom. But there is a point where you can become a slave to it.

 

Make mistakes, but listen carefully to the lessons they give.
